Mit dem Erwachen der Natur und den länger werdenden Tagen steht Ostern vor der Tür – eine Zeit, die in vielen Kulturen und für viele Menschen im Zeichen von Neubeginn und Hoffnung steht! Im Christentum ist Ostern das zentrale Fest des Jahres und der höchste Feiertag. Es feiert die Auferstehung Jesu Christi nach seiner Kreuzigung. Christen glauben, dass dieses Ereignis, das am Ostersonntag begangen wird, den Sieg des Lebens über den Tod und ein Versprechen der Hoffnung für die Gläubigen darstellt. Die Woche vor Ostern, die Karwoche genannt wird, ist eine Zeit der Besinnung auf die Ereignisse, die der Auferstehung vorausgingen. Dazu gehören der Einzug Jesu in Jerusalem (Palmsonntag), das letzte Abendmahl mit seinen Jüngern (Gründonnerstag) und seine Kreuzigung (Karfreitag). Diese Tage sind für Christen von großer Bedeutung und werden oft durch spezielle Gottesdienste und Traditionen begangen. Der Ostersonntag selbst ist ein Tag der Freude und des Feierns. Die biblischen Erzählungen berichten von der Entdeckung des leeren Grabes und den Begegnungen von Anhängern Jesu mit dem auferstandenen Christus. Dieses Ereignis wird als fundamental für den christlichen Glauben angesehen. Unabhängig von religiösen Überzeugungen hat sich Ostern in vielen Gesellschaften auch zu einer Zeit entwickelt, in der Gemeinschaft und Familie im Vordergrund stehen. Bräuche wie das Verstecken und Suchen von Ostereiern, die oft mit dem Frühling und neuem Leben assoziiert werden, sind weit verbreitet. Diese Traditionen spiegeln die allgemeine Freude über den Beginn des Frühlings wider. Im sogenannten "Rangsdorfer Hausdrama" hat der Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) am 14. März 2025 eine richtungsweisende Entscheidung getroffen, die sowohl die Rechte des Grundstückseigentümers a ls auch die Interessen der dort lebenden Familie berücksichtigt. „S. kann den Herausgabeanspruch aber nur durchsetzen, wenn er den W.s die Kosten für den Hausbau bzw. die Wertsteigerung ersetzt. Im Fachjargon nennt man das eine Zug-um-Zug-Leistung: Herausgabe gegen Geld.“ Hintergrund des Falls Im Jahr 2010 ersteigerte Familie W. ein Grundstück in Rangsdorf, Brandenburg, und errichtete darauf ihr Eigenheim und bewohnte dieses mit ihren zwei Kindern. Später stellte sich heraus, dass die Zwangsversteigerung aufgrund eines gerichtlichen Fehlers unwirksam war, wodurch das Eigentum beim ursprünglichen Besitzer (einem Amerikaner, der in der Schweiz lebt) verblieb. Dieser verlangte den Abriss und einen Entschädigung für die Nutzung des Grundstücks. Familie W. lebte weiterhin auf dem Grundstück, was zu einem langwierigen Rechtsstreit führte.
